Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed and shipped with in 24 business hours of placement. Orders shipping to any of the continental US states usually take 3-5 business days to arrive with exceptions in extreme weather.
Q: I ordered 5 pieces but only received 3. Have the items been back ordered or will they be soon to follow?
A: Your invoice should indicate that a back order will follow, but you should know that some items are in small lots and are limited to first come, first serve.

A: A.P.O.’s and P.O.’s shipping will be mailed through regular Post Office shipping only unless payment is received for expedited shipping.
