Low levels of essential amino acids may also contribute to fatigue in some cases, as every cell in the body requires a mixture of amino acids to synthesize its own proteins. Using whey protein powder can provide a full amino acid profile as well as support an exercise routine. Good food choices should include lots of fruits and vegetables and complex carbohydrates found in foods like pasta, whole grains, and beans.

Rhodiola may help to enhance endurance and stamina as well as mental ability, together with improving memory power. This herb is an excellent energizer.
