Multivitamins are a Plus
Vitamins are vital to all of our bodily functions. Like any health-conscious person, I try to make nutritious food choices every day but I’m not perfect. A good multivitamin can supplement my diet and help to boost my health.
I can usually figure out why I sometimes feel sluggish. It’s when I’ve forgotten to take my multivitamin. There’s a big difference in how I feel when I take my Vita Logic multivitamin everyday. I definitely have more energy and just feel better.
Essential vitamins and minerals should come from a healthy diet. However, there are certain foods I know are good for me – but I just hate eating them. I’ve always been a picky eater. As a woman, our vitamin needs change as we mature. During our childbearing years, getting adequate amounts of folic acid is very important in helping to prevent birth defects. Once menopause hits, increasing your intake of vitamin D and calcium can help to strengthen bones.
There are probably a small percentage of us who do eat a nutritionally-balanced diet daily. As for the rest of us, we are probably among those who need take a daily multivitamin.
