In our hectic go-go-go society, often it can be difficult to get the necessary nutrients our bodies need solely from our diets. Search the internet and you will find that fish oil is an extensively studied supplement and has been shown to help prevent many diseases including diabetes, heart disease, and risk of stroke, breast cancer, colon cancer and prostate cancer.

Considering that studies have shown that the American diet is severely lacking in foods that contain essential omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil supplements has become necessary for good health.
