• Replace some of your pill vitamins with gummy vitamins

Best Times to Take Vitamins

Bodies perform different functions during different times of the day. This means that you should always try to take your vitamins during the best times to avoid getting sick and to utilize all of the benefits that the supplement offers. For example, calcium is best taken at night as it can help you to go to sleep easier and your body will absorb these nutrients more efficiently at this time of day.

Be sure to take all of your vitamins after a meal, as they are best ingested with food. Vitamins, supplements and other pills should never be taken on an empty stomach unless specified. Some vitamins that are best ingested with a meal include Vitamin A, E, D and K.

Staying on Schedule

Staying on a schedule is extremely important to take full advantage of all of the health benefits that vitamins offer. To maintain a good schedule for taking pills, you may put an alarm on your phone to remind you when to take each vitamin daily or you may put all of your vitamins into a pill sorting container for each day of the week so that you remember to take all of them.
