The Health Benefits of Green Tea

Did you know that the first use of tea was medicinal?   • Reduces the risk factor for cardiovascular diseases
  • Lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol levels and raises HDL (“good”) cholesterol
  • Helps to reduce the risk of cancer and inhibits the growth of cancer cells
  • Inhibits the abnormal formation of blood clots, which can help prevent heart attack and stroke
  • Increases energy, metabolism, and aids weight loss
  • Helps to boost the immune system and suppress autoimmune disorders
  • Helps to prevent tooth decay


Because green tea has been shown to have so many positive health effects, it has become a popular dietary supplement and is offered as a standalone supplement or in combination with other ingredients.
